Across all of our services we continue to provide great access to specialist community care. Our services make specialist care accessible to all and links into secondary care when it is required to do so and this then reduces unnecessary referrals into hospitals.

Where possible referrals to specialist care will be remotely using our tele-medicine software (The World Health Net) or in the community working with the GPwSI in the local practices.
